The Juggle Dream Neo is a super bright UV active version of the Picasso flower stick. Dimensions and weight are identical to the Picasso but with the Neo the center shaft and thumbsticks (supplied) are covered in a super tacky silicone tube which glows brilliantly when exposed to direct ultraviolet light. This material will also react to UV in normal spectrum light and glow brightly at dusk (think high-vis jackets).
