SHIPMENTS

Shipments are made by express courier.

The contribution for the cost of shipping in Italy is equal to 6.90 euros.

A contribution of 3.00 euros is foreseen in the case of cash on delivery.

The courier delivers in 24/48 hours but has no delivery times: he can arrive at any time of the day, from 8.30 to 18.30.

We also ship to Europe, to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Principality of Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary. The shipping rate will be calculated automatically at the time of purchase. If your country is not included in the list, please contact us.

Tip: If there is normally no one at home who can receive the package, you can choose delivery to another destination (e.g. your place of work, a friend's house, a bar, or wherever you want, provided there is someone present all day).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send Jokoarte di Falcinelli Martino, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, a communication by e-mail or letter in which the desire to withdraw from the purchase is expressed.

Our company will refund the total amount paid for the purchase (product cost + shipping cost) within 24 hours of returning the goods.

The only expenses to be paid by the customer are those for returning the product.
