The Jitter Ring is a challenging skill tool that will frustrate as much as it will delight. To successfully operate the Jitter Ring you need to spin the smaller rings as fast as possible and keep them afloat on the larger ring with even more rotation! Great for improving hand eye coordination - quite loud - but great fun!
